Listing moderation
Listings may pass through moderation and compliance workflows before or after publication, depending on platform policy. Pending listings are not publicly visible until they are approved. This helps keep the marketplace honest, but no moderation system is perfect.
Verified accounts & agencies
Verification is a trust signal. A verified agency has completed the platform's verification steps and shows a badge on its profile. It does not constitute a legal guarantee of any transaction, ownership or outcome.
Reporting
You can report suspicious listings, users, misleading information or inappropriate behavior from any listing or profile. Reports are reviewed by moderators, who can remove listings, issue warnings, suspend accounts and more.
What tranoo does not guarantee
tranoo is an intermediary platform. It does not verify the legal validity of property ownership, and it does not replace lawyers, notaries, banks or government land-registration systems. Always complete legally binding steps through the proper authorities.
Staying safe on the marketplace
A few habits dramatically reduce risk in any real-estate marketplace:
- Inspect the property personally where possible before committing.
- Verify ownership and legal documents independently.
- Do not transfer large amounts of money before appropriate verification.
- Use professional or legal advice for important transactions.
- Keep communication inside supported tranoo workflows when practical.
- Report suspicious activity instead of ignoring it.

Never share passwords or one-time codes, and never send money to a person or business you have not verified. tranoo will never ask you for payment or credentials through messages.
