Messaging
tranoo includes built-in messaging so you can talk to owners, agents and agencies without leaving the application.
Start a conversation
- Open a property you are interested in.
- Tap Message (or the equivalent contact button).
- Write your first message and send it.
The other person sees a new conversation and receives a notification. If they are online, messages can arrive in real time.
Send messages
- Type and send text messages.
- Attach photos or documents where supported by your version of the app.
- Read receipts and delivery status appear when available.
Unread messages
- The Inbox lists your conversations with a preview of the last message.
- Unread counts highlight conversations you have not opened yet.
Notifications
- Enable app notifications in your device settings to be alerted to new messages.
- Manage notification preferences in the app.
Conversation history
Conversations are tied to their property listing, keeping the discussion in context. This is especially useful when you are comparing several properties.
Safe communication
- Keep important conversations inside tranoo where practical — the history is saved in one place.
- Never share passwords or one-time codes with anyone.
- Never send money to someone you have not verified, before inspecting the property and its documents.
