This guide covers managing your tranoo account and profile.

Edit your profile

  1. Sign in to tranoo.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Edit profile.
  4. Update your details and save.

Profile fields

Field Notes
Name Shown publicly on your listings and messages.
Avatar A profile photo builds trust.
Phone Used for contact options on your listings.
WhatsApp Contact channel for buyers and sellers.
City Your location context.
Bio Short introduction — useful for agents and agencies.

Language & currency

  • Language — set your app language (English, Français or Malagasy).
  • Preferred currency — choose MGA, EUR or USD. Prices convert across the application.

Sign out

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Sign out.

Signing out keeps your local favorites and settings on the device.

Account deletion

  • You can request account deletion in the app from your profile.
  • Contact support if you need help completing the request.
