Agencies are professional organizations on tranoo. This guide covers how agencies work for owners, managers and agents.
What is an agency account?
An agency account is a professional company profile that can:
- Publish listings under the agency’s name
- Invite members (agents) into the agency
- Receive and organize inquiries
- Display verification and reviews to build trust
Create an agency
- Sign in to tranoo.
- Go to Profile → create an agency profile.
- Add your company name, city, contact details and description.
- Add your logo and cover image.
- Save your agency profile.
Agency owner & members
- The owner manages the agency.
- The owner can invite members (agents) to join.
- Invited members receive an invitation; once accepted, they can publish and manage listings on behalf of the agency.
- Members can have different roles inside the agency (owner, manager, agent).
Agency verification
Verification is a trust signal. Agencies can apply for verification by providing supporting documents (business registration, professional license, identity, proof of address, and similar).
- A verified agency shows a verification badge and may appear differently in search results.
- Verification statuses include: unverified, pending, verified, rejected, suspended.
Agency listings
- Agency listings are published under the agency name.
- Agents assigned to a listing manage it from their profile.
- Listings follow the same moderation workflow as individual listings.
Reviews
- Clients can rate and review agencies after interactions.
- Reviews are shown on the agency profile.
- Reviews may be marked as from a verified transaction where available.
Trust information
tranoo may display trust information for agencies, such as:
- Identity, email, phone, business and license verification signals
- Transaction and review history
- Moderation and report history
This helps buyers evaluate who they are dealing with. It is not a score that guarantees results.
