Visits
Before you commit to a property, an in-person visit lets you check it against the listing. tranoo supports scheduling visits from a listing.
Request a visit
- Open the property you want to visit.
- Tap Schedule a visit (or the equivalent button).
- Choose a preferred date and time.
- Send your request with a short message if needed.
The owner or professional representing the listing receives your request.
Manage your visit
- See your requested visits under your profile or the listing’s conversation.
- Confirm the date, time and meeting place with the other party through your conversation.
Visit states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Requested | Your visit request has been sent. |
| Confirmed | The owner or agent agreed to the time. |
| Cancelled | The visit was cancelled by either side. |
| Completed | The visit happened. |
After the visit
- Decide whether to move forward and continue the discussion in tranoo.
- Consider checking ownership and legal documents independently before any payment or commitment.
