Offers & transactions
tranoo can support parts of the purchase or rental workflow where these features are available in the application: making offers, negotiating, creating a contract from an accepted offer, and tracking the lifecycle of a transaction.
Offers
An offer is a proposed price you send on a property.
- Open a listing.
- Choose to make an offer if the option is available.
- Enter an amount in the listing’s currency.
- Optionally add a message.
- Send the offer.
| Offer status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for a response. |
| Countered | The seller proposed a different amount. |
| Accepted | The seller agreed to your amount. |
| Rejected | The seller declined. |
| Withdrawn | You cancelled the offer. |
Negotiation
- You can send counter-offers when the other party counters.
- Both sides keep their offers in the conversation, so the negotiation history is visible.
- Negotiate politely and in good faith.
Contracts
Where supported, an accepted offer can be turned into a contract draft between buyer and seller.
| Contract status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet signed. |
| Active | Signed by the parties, in progress. |
| Completed | The transaction was finalized. |
| Cancelled | The deal did not go through. |
Transactions
After completion, the application can keep a transaction record and reflect the property as sold or rented.
- The property is marked no longer available.
- Ownership history may be tracked where supported.
