List a property
This guide explains the full listing workflow in tranoo, from creating a listing to managing it after publication.
Who can create listings
- Individual owners can list their own properties.
- Agents and agencies can list properties on behalf of clients.
Before you list
Collect accurate information:
- Property type and purpose (sale or rent)
- Exact location and address
- Price and currency
- Surface area, bedrooms, bathrooms and other details
- Photos (up to 10 images)
- Features and amenities
Create a listing
- Sign in to tranoo.
- Open Profile → My listings → Create listing.
- Fill in the required information:
- Title
- Property type
- Listing type (sale or rent)
- Location
- Price
- Add optional details: description, surface area, bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishing, land titling.
- Add photos from your device.
- Add features that apply to the property.
- Review the listing and submit it.
Sale vs rent
- Sale — the property is offered for purchase.
- Rent — the property is offered for rent; set the rental period where applicable.
Moderation
When you submit a listing, it may enter a pending status while it passes a moderation/compliance review, depending on platform policy. During this time the listing is not publicly visible.
- You will be notified when the listing is approved or rejected.
- If rejected, the reason is provided so you can correct and resubmit.
The listing lifecycle
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Being prepared, not submitted. |
| Pending | Submitted, waiting for review. |
| Active | Published and visible in search. |
| Rejected | Not approved; a reason is provided. |
| Sold / Rented | No longer available; kept as history. |
| Expired | Reached its listing duration. |
| Archived | Stored by you, not visible publicly. |
Listings automatically expire after their listing duration unless renewed.
Edit a listing
- Open Profile → My listings.
- Open the listing and tap Edit.
- Update the details and save.
Depending on the change, the listing may be re-checked before it appears again.
Mark a property sold or rented
When a property is no longer available:
- Open the listing.
- Choose Mark as sold (sale listings) or Mark as rented (rent listings).
The listing is removed from active search results so buyers do not contact you about an unavailable property.
Delete or archive a listing
- Archive keeps the listing saved for reference without showing it publicly.
- Delete permanently removes the listing.
Listing management tips
- Keep your price and availability up to date.
- Respond to inquiries promptly.
- Renew or update listings before they expire if the property is still available.
