Why is my property pending?

Listings may pass through a moderation/compliance workflow before or after publication, depending on platform policy. A pending listing is simply waiting to be reviewed. You will be notified when the status changes.

What does a verified agency mean?

Verification is a trust signal shown on an agency's profile. It means the agency completed the platform's verification steps. It is not a legal guarantee of a transaction — always verify documents and legal details independently.

Can I edit my property after publication?

Yes. Published listings can be updated from your profile. Depending on the change, the listing may be re-checked before it goes live again.

What happens when my property is sold or rented?

When a property is no longer available, mark the listing as sold or rented. The listing is then removed from active search results and kept as history so buyers don't contact you for unavailable properties.

Yes. Every listing and user profile offers a report option. Reports are reviewed by the platform's moderation team.

Yes. On a property's detail page you can start a conversation with the owner or the professional representing the listing directly inside tranoo.

How does the map use my location?

The map shows properties around you and can place a marker on your current position. Your location is only used for these location features, and you control the location permission on your device.

Can tranoo work with limited connectivity?

tranoo is designed to keep working with limited connectivity. Recently viewed listings and saved properties can be browsed offline. Live features such as real-time messaging and cloud sync require a connection.
