The property detail screen is where you evaluate a listing and decide what to do next.
Price
- Listings show a price in the listing’s currency.
- Switch your preferred currency in settings and displayed prices convert (for example USD ↔ MGA).
- For rentals, the listing indicates the rental period where relevant.
Media
- Swipe through the photo gallery.
- Open any photo for a full-screen view.
- Some listings may include video.
Location
- The listing shows its address and city.
- An embedded map shows the property marker.
- Distance from your current location is shown when you have shared your location.
Property information
Listings typically include:
- Property type
- Surface area
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Furnishing
- Land titling details (for land listings)
- Features and amenities
Features and amenities
Features are the specific amenities of a property — for example parking, garden, water, electricity or security. Reviewing the feature list helps you shortlist properties quickly.
Owner or professional information
- Individual listings show the owner’s profile.
- Professional listings show the agent or agency representing the property.
- Verified agencies display a verification badge — a trust signal, not a legal guarantee.
- Agency reviews and ratings are visible where available.
Contacting the seller
Use the contact options on the listing:
- Message — start a conversation inside tranoo.
- Phone / WhatsApp — call or message directly when provided.
- Schedule a visit — request an in-person visit (see Visits).
Reporting a listing
If a listing is misleading, suspicious or against the rules:
- Open the listing.
- Tap the report option.
- Choose a reason and add details.
